Our accommodation is for students in further education – studying either full or part time. You will need to provide an up-to-date letter from your university, stating the start and end date of your course; a copy of your passport; and your Right to Rent documentation (if applicable).
Please note, if you are studying part time, you won’t be eligible for Council Tax exemption.
Our Leicester-based student accommodation is located at Walnut Street Residences – a short walk from both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University, and the city centre. There are also easy transport links across the city.
We have furnished single rooms available in three- or four-bedroom apartments – which is perfect for sharing with friends or for making new ones!
