Key worker accommodation - Ways to pay
There’s a choice of ways to pay for your accommodation.
The easiest way to make a payment automatically from your bank or building society account. If you’d like to pay by direct debit, please complete and return this form, or contact the Accommodation Team.
Go online with MySovereign
If you’re already registered for MySovereign it’s easy to pay online with just a few clicks. You can access your account anytime of the day or night. If you’d like to register for a MySovereign account, you can do this by visiting my.sovereign.org.uk You’ll need your tenancy reference number.
You can pay using your credit or debit card any time day or night by calling our automated payment line on 0845 6000 153. You’ll need a payment pin, this is your tenancy reference number.

International bank transfer
Transferring directly into our bank account is easy to do, you’ll need the following details:

In person at a Bank
If you wish to pay in cash you can do so by making payment over the counter at NatWest or at your own local branch. Please pay,

Reference: You must quote your tenancy reference number on any payments You’ll be given a receipt for the payment, which you should always keep in a safe place.
Please note that from 1st September 2019 we’re unfortunately unable to take cash payments over £30 at Reception
Tenancy reference number
Your tenancy reference number is a 7digit number which can be found on most communications received from Sovereign. if you’re unsure what this is, a member of the Accommodation team will be happy to help.
