Our customers are at the heart of our business, so our great Customer Contact team is central to Sovereign. 

They’re often the main point of contact for our 140,000 customers.  Our talented teams deal with a variety of queries, no day is the same.

  • Most positions offer Monday to Friday working, but out of hours and weekend roles are also available, as well as the opportunity for hybrid working, if you prefer!
  • Our specialist training academy makes sure you’re equipped to succeed before you become the face of our business on the phone. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills through our bronze/silver/gold progression programme, which offers extra training and variety as you develop.
