How to apply

When you apply, we’ll guide you through every step and you’ll have the option to review and amend your application before you submit it.

The process starts with our application form where we will ask you about yourself and give you the opportunity to tell us why an apprenticeship is right for you. We use written and video questions so you can give us the answers in your own way.

The second stage is our Assessment Centre where you will be taking part in a group exercise, interviewing with our hiring managers and completing a practical exercise. You’ll also have a chance to talk to the team and get a better idea about what being an apprentice at SNG is all about.

We’ll give you a Candidate Guide before each stage, detailing the application process and the questions or topics we would like you to prepare for.

We believe you can truly be yourself at SNG and are looking for apprentices who have an enthusiasm for learning and want to achieve great things for themselves and our customers.
