Yes, every block has mailboxes located on the ground floor, there is a mailbox per flat and this is where your mail will be delivered either by royal mail or our accommodation team.

All parcels delivered by royal mail will come directly to our accommodation office, if we are unable to fit these into your mailbox or they are a signed for delivery we will email you to notify you that we have your parcel.  If your parcel is being delivered by another courier we will encourage them to contact you first, if you are not in we can hold your delivery in our accommodation office for you.

Our accommodation is fully furnished with bed linen and the kitchens are equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery. Any personal effects will need to be brought with you.

We have laundry facilities onsite which are available for you to use free of charge, you just need to provide your own detergent.

Yes, you do need to make sure you are displaying a valid parking permit on your car. This can be done by calling our reception on 0116 255 7482 or visiting our onsite accommodation office at elm court. 

Prices for parking are £1.50 per day, £9 per week and £35 per month

Yes, this is included in your accommodation charges, please follow the leaflet in your key pack to set up an account with the provider.

You can pay for your accommodation by calling us on 0116 255 7482 and using your Debit/Credit card. Or you can make a bank transfer 5 days in advance of your arrival day, please contact reception for our bank details, you can do this on the number above or email us at leicester.properties@sovereign.org.uk.

Your accommodation charges include your heating, water, Council tax, electricity, wifi and other service charges.

Your rent does not include a TV licence. Parking and bike storage is available for a small fee of £5 refundable deposit for a key.

Our short stay nightly rate is £30 per night this is for stays up to 14 nights, if you are staying 15 nights or more you will then be charged on the monthly rate, but you will only pay for the nights that you stay here.

Keys will be available for collection from the Accommodation office after 2pm on the day of arrival until 4.00pm, please bring Photo ID with you to collect your keys.

If you require the keys any earlier, please contact the accommodation office to make arrangements for this.  

From 4.30pm on the day of arrival keys can be collected from the Security office located in Leicester Royal Infirmary.  This is located on the ground floor of the Windsor Building adjacent to gate 9 on the Havelock Street entrance.
