The strategic plan 
for the site includes a number of development phases and the addition of a wide range of facilities - such as a primary school, health centre, shops, community and sports facilities (although some of these will take a number of years to be created).
We recognise it can be challenging to settle into a developing community, so these pages also tell you more about the local area and sign post you to other services and facilities you can use in the meantime.
