Our benefits

Pension

We'll match your pension contributions on a 1:1 basis up to 12% of your salary. All employees also receive life assurance for 4x your annual salary.

Holiday

You'll receive 25 days a year + bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) with an extra day every year (up to 30 days). You can also buy and sell up to five days' holiday.

Family

Once you’re eligible, you'll receive 3 months' full and 3 months' half maternity pay.

We offer optional dental insurance, private medical insurance and critical illness cover. You can also benefit from gym and wellbeing discounts to help you stay in shape.

Unique to trades

Our Trades teams enjoy a tool allowance and insurance. Trades apprentices and trainees get assistance for an NVQ Level 2 and access to a mentor.

You choose

You’ll get a flex-pot of £450 to put towards benefits of your choice such as travel insurance or give as you earn, plus access to a huge selection of discounted shopping.
