Pension

We'll match your pension contributions on a 1:1 basis up to 12% of your salary. All employees also receive life assurance for 4 times your annual salary.

Holiday

You'll receive 25 days a year + bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) with an extra day every year (up to 30 days). You can also buy and sell up to five days' holiday.

Family

Once you’re eligible, you'll receive three months' full and three months' half maternity pay. We also offer enhanced paternity leave, shared parental leave and adoption leave.

We offer optional dental insurance, private medical insurance and critical illness cover. You can also benefit from gym and wellbeing discounts to help you stay in shape.

Unique to trades

You’ll enjoy a vehicle, uniform, annual tool allowance and insurance. We also offer a Multi-Skilled Technician programme while trades apprentices and trainees get assistance for an NVQ Level 2.
