You might be invited to a telephone interview as part of the recruitment process. If this is the case, we'll arrange all the details with you.

What do I need to know about interviews?

The interview process isn't there to trip people up, it's really about having a conversation to understand how your skills, experience and values meet the needs of the job.

Don't forget that it's also an opportunity for you to make sure the role is right for you too, so feel free to ask questions.
