The SNG #iwill Fund 1.0
Launching in 2022, The SNG #iwill Fund 1.0 (formerly Sovereign #iwill Fund) was a two-year project that aimed to increase youth social action opportunities for young people across our geography.
We did this through:
- Launching the SNG #iwill Youth Network, which allowed any organisation or young person with an interest in youth social action access to support, training and networking opportunities. We partnered with Creative Youth Network
to lead on the network and provide their specialist knowledge and support to source guests and sector experts to speak at events. The Network drew to a close at the end of 2023 in line with the end of the SNG #iwill Fund 1.0 but is due to relaunch soon. - Facilitating Innovation Labs which allowed our grant holders to share problems and ideas and co-create solutions together. We partnered with Creative Youth Network to lead the first series of sessions and The Foyer Federation to lead on the second series.
- Awarding grants to organisations delivering projects that offered new opportunities for young people to get involved in youth social action in our communities. Find out more information about the 24 projects we funded through this programme.

The SNG #iwill Youth Network is open to any organisation with an interest in youth social action to make connections, share best practice, and come away with new skills and ideas.

The SNG #iwill Fund Programmes are investing £1.5 million in creating opportunities for youth social action and a platform for youth voice.
