Resident and Board Partnership
Sovereign believes that we as residents should have a voice at the very top of its organisation, helping to shape its future plans and the level of service we can expect.
That’s why the Resident and Board Partnership (RBP) exists. We're a team of residents from all around Sovereign’s neighbourhoods.
We meet with Sovereign’s senior managers and Board members around six times a year to:
- Help to shape its plans
- Recommend targets for its service levels
- Keep an eye on how its performing
- Give a resident perspective on its work
- Ask for a resident-led review of a service that isn’t performing as well as it should be
