A message to residents

A message to residents

Our thoughts are with all those affected by the devastating fire at Grenfell Tower in West London yesterday, and we’ve offered them our support.

We wish to reassure all our residents that your safety is our highest priority. To this end we’ve robust measures in place to make sure all our properties are safe, working closely with the fire authorities to prevent the outbreak of and spread of fire.

Our buildings meet all safety and fire regulations and we undertake rigorous fire risk assessments every year to make sure our supported schemes, flats and other communal areas remain safe.

Local Fire Brigades have plenty of advice online if residents want to know more about fire prevention and how to keep themselves safe.

I’m sure, like us, you’ve been affected by the tragedy at Glenfell House in London.

Many people have been asking how they can help those affected, so we wanted to share a JustGiving page which has brought all the different fundraising pages into one place.

We take fire safety incredibly seriously but if you have any concerns about your property please contact us online, or if an emergency, phone 0800 988 4858 (if you live in Hampshire) and 0800 587 2325 for everyone else.
