If you pay your rent on a 48-week cycle, you will not be charged rent on weeks commencing 23rd March and 30th March 2015. However, if you owe rent, you should make payments during this time to clear your arrears.

Pay monthly? Your rent clear weeks have already been taken into account so you should just pay a full month as normal with your agreed arrears payments.
*You will need a rent payment card for these methods of payment. If you don't have one, you can request one from your local housing team or contact us.
Please note that it may take up to two working days for payments to show on your rent account.
If you receive benefits or are on a low income, you may be entitled to help with your rent. For more information, contact the Housing Benefit team at your local council.
