Regulation and value for money

We’re regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and follow the principles set out in the Regulatory Framework and Regulating the Standards in how we conduct our social business. You can find out more by visiting the HCA.

Value for money means making sure that, as we deliver our vision, we get the maximum benefit from all of our resources and the money we spend. It’s important because we want to make sure we have the resources available to spend on the homes and services which are important to us, our residents and other stakeholders.

We're continuing to challenge ourselves to save money where we can, but also taking the long-term view to invest in being more effective and efficient in the future.
