Significant findings from Fire Risk Assessment
- A fire remediation project is currently on-site carrying out remediation works as highlighted in an intrusive compartmentation report. Works include compartmentation/ firestopping works to all communal areas and replacement doors to lobbies, corridors and flats.

The best escape route is usually the normal way in and out of your home. There is one route out of your building:
- the enclosed protected staircase that leads to the ground floor
