About Trafalgar Court
Trafalgar Court is a modern care home in the pretty village of Theale, but just five minutes from junction 12 of the M4. The home has 46 rooms in four distinct units, where residents receive individual, high-quality care services from our committed and professional staff. By consulting with residents and relatives we can tailor our services to the needs of each individual. We provide care for people with high or low care needs and respite care for any length of stay. We understand that deciding to live in a residential care home is not easy. You may be making changes to your lifestyle and these adjustments can be difficult at first. You are welcome to spend some time with us before moving to Trafalgar Court, so that you can become familiar with the home and our staff. We promise we will do all we can to make you feel welcome and to help if you have any difficulties. If your relatives have helped you decide to move to Trafalgar Court, we would like to assure you (and them) that they will have our full support at all times. |
