Call centre office hours are:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm

For out-of-hours emergencies, please call 0800 587 2325 (this is only a freephone number when calling from a UK landline). You will automatically be diverted to our 24-hour care line.
