Sovereign customer reward scheme

More is the name we have given to our customer reward scheme.

We’ve set up a reward scheme because we want to encourage our residents to keep to the rules of their tenancy agreement and look after their homes.

Basically, we think residents who do things like pay their rent on time, keep appointments with us and keep their home in good condition should get more services and benefits than those who don’t.

We also want to encourage residents who don’t behave so well, to change.

As a member of more you will get lots of benefits including:

• a welcome pack including £20 in vouchers to spend on yourself or your home;
• an enhanced repairs service – you will be able to ask us to carry out repairs, and gas boiler servicing on a Saturday morning; and
• being entered automatically into three prize draws a year with prizes worth up to £500.

We will also give a separate ‘thank you’ bonus to all customers when they end their tenancy, as long as they have met certain rules about giving us notice and the condition of their property. You can find out more about this in our leaflet ‘Ending your tenancy’.
