Paying by cheque Although we do not have a cash office any more, there is a collection box in our Berkshire House reception in Newbury. You can use this to pay by cheque. You will need to fill out an envelope with your name, address and fourteen digit property reference - please put these on the front of the envelope and on the back of the cheque. ((If you would like use to send you a receipt, you should also include a stamped addressed envelope.) Please allow two working days for the money to reach your rent account. Payment Kiosk We now have a Payment Kiosk in reception which is available to take cash and debit card payments daily during normal office opening hours.
At Post Offices and PayPoint outlets Use your payment swipe card to pay your rent at a post office or 13,000 outlets with the PayPoint sign. These incude, newagents, corner shops, off licenses, supermarkets and garage.
