Does your community group provide a service to support people living in housing association areas?
Are you a tenant or resident group associated with a housing association?
Do you have a project which will improve the lives of people living in your community which includes housing association areas?
If you can answer yes to any of the above questions you may be eligible to apply for a grant of up to £4,000 from the Community Plus Fund.
Developed through a partnership between the housing associations with housing stock in West Berkshire and West Berkshire Council, the aim of the programme is to provide small but positive changes to help enhance the lives of local people living in housing association areas.
Projects can range from improvements to open space areas, through to activity programmes for children and young people and older people, and services which support people living in housing association Areas.
The fund operates two programmes – Grants up to £500 (Small Grants Programme) and grants up to £4,000 (Main Grants Programme).
If you have a project within West Berkshire which you need funding of upto £4k for, which meets the needs of your community now matter how small then please apply today! All we ask is that some of that community be from housing association areas.
