We regularly ask people to let us know what they think of our services to make sure that we are providing them to our best standard. We carry out regular surveys with residents, local authorities and other groups interested in what we do (our stakeholders) and their feedback helps us to understand what we are doing well and improve on things that we don't do so well. We are also monitored against other housing associations to make sure that we are providing consistent services. Sovereign is a member of Quality Housing Services (QHS). QHS helps us to improve our services by setting standards and assessing how we perform against these. Click here to find out more information. |
