	Rosemary Sanders-Rose OBE - Chairman Rosemary served as a local government councillor for many years and is a former Chairman of Newbury District Council. GR&GC SHGB
	Gerry Boyle Gerry is a former Managing Director of Barratt Developments plc. He has a thorough knowledge of the construction industry, commercial property development and management.
	Brian Gibbs Brian is Partnership Advisor with Wiltshire and Swindon Learning and Skills Council. He has experience in budgeting, people management and training. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management.
	Jeff Wellings Jeff has his own housing consultancy business. Before this he was Head of Housing at Portsmouth City Council and worked in housing for almost 30 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Housing. GA&RC
