We run a number of forums and panels to make sure that all our decisions are made in consultation with those who we are providing services for - our residents. These include:

Sovereign Residents’ Forum

Our Sovereign Residents’ Forum (SRF) brings together residents from across the organisation, to make sure that residents’ needs are at the heart of our business, and that our drive for consistent and continuously improving services reflect residents’ priorities. This forum has direct links to the Sovereign Board.

Sovereign Residents' Communications Panel

Our Sovereign Residents' Communications Panel (SRCP) is made up of residents from across the organisation, most of which sit on other Sovereign panels, and therefore have regular contact with other residents.

The SRCP has been formed to tell us how to improve the way we communicate with our residents. From magazines to surveys and websites, this group will give ongoing feedback on the preferred methods of written, aural and visual communications.

Disability in Focus Group

Our Disability in Focus group (DiF) is made up of resident representatives from all the organisation who have an interest and knowledge of the issues that can affect disabled customers.

The DiF group meets regularly and feeds its suggestions and ideas into the equality action plan, ensuring that the services we provide reflect the needs of our customers who are affected by disability.
