We run a number of forums and panels to make sure that all our decisions are made in consultation with those who we are providing services for - our residents. These include:

Group Residents’ Forum

Our Group Residents’ Forum brings together residents from all four subsidiaries, to make sure that residents’ needs are at the heart of our business, and that our drive for consistent and continuously improving services reflect residents’ priorities. This forum has direct links to the parent Sovereign Board.

Group Residents' Communications Fourm

Our Group Residents' Communications Forum is made up of residents from  all four subsidiaries, most of which sit on other Sovereign panels, and therefore have regular contact with other residents.

The GRCP has been formed to tell us how to improve the way we communicate with our residents. From magazines to surveys and websites, this group will give ongoing feedback on the preferred methods of written, aural and visual communications.
