Sheltered and supported housing  

Our specialist housing teams deliver a comprehensive management service to residents of sheltered housing and designated older persons housing. 

Our teams manage tenancies, empty homes, new lettings, rental, support and service charge income.  The housing support service, tailored to the individual needs of older residents, is delivered by teams of locally based support officers and is funded through Supporting People Grant.

Services to older and vulnerable residents are enhanced by the emergency careline service delivered by the Care Centre, which operates 24 hours a day every day of the year.  

The overall aim of our wide ranging supported housing services is to assist older and vulnerable residents to live independently and maintain their tenancies through tailored services and support plans.
