We aim for excellent services that meet our residents’ needs.  82% of our residents are satisfied with the overall service their landlord provides.

Better neighbourhoods

We work hard to develop thriving neighbourhoods where people want to live.

85% of our residents are satisfied with the neighbourhoods they live in, exceeding our target of 80%.

Better homes

84% of residents are satisfied with the overall quality of their homes.  We will continue to improve our homes so that 90% of residents are satisfied with the overall quality of their home by 31 March 2011.

Better lives

By listening to our residents, we make a difference to their lives. 80% of our residents say they are unlikely to want to move from their current home.
