Sovereign South + West prides itself upon working with residents on ways to develop neighbourhoods and build communities. Sovereign has been working hard on running monthly resident consultation events at St. George’s Avenue over the last year to allow residents to give their views and ideas about improvements to their local area. Sovereign has also been working with local partners on this project and the last consultation event at the end of September saw all local partners turn up.
St George’s Avenue was identified last year through Sovereign’s Neighbourhood Investment Strategy as an area to work with local residents. A number of surrounding streets have also been included in the project and there has been an excellent response received from everyone who has attended the consultation events.

Together we have helped to shape and improve their neighbourhood and make sure improvements continue to benefit the area both now and in the future.”
