Our housing management teams work with local authorities, housing associations and community groups to deliver consistent and co-ordinated local management services.
We have focused on providing quality services in areas that are a priority to our residents.
- We have developed a strong antisocial behaviour policy and have taken the lead in developing and funding neighbourhood warden schemes in areas of West Berkshire.
- We work with specialist housing associations and voluntary agencies to provide the necessary care and support to people with support needs.
- Our housing officers and leasehold services officers carry out regular estate inspections, and we run housing 'surgeries' on our main estates and in many rural areas.
- We have invested significantly in our existing homes and have put programmes in place to improve the standard of the properties.
