Committees 
The Sovereign Housing Group has two group-wide committees: the Group Audit & Risk Committee and the Group Remuneration & Nominations Committee. The role of the Group Audit & Risk Committee is to proactively review the group's systems of internal control and its risk management processes. The committee also recommends the appointment of, and monitors relationships with, external auditors. The Group Remuneration & Nominations Committee will consider issues relating to the contracts of employment for the Group Chief Executive and the Group Management Team, together with strategic issues about the staff compensation and benefits package. This committee also has responsibility for overseeing the recruitment and training of new Board members to the various group boards.
