	Mike Dobel - Chairman Retired Property and Facilities Director. (GR&GC)
	Brian Cosstick - Independent Retired gas industry executive. (Chair of GR&GC)
	Ronald Manley - Nominee from Twynham HA Retired Chemical Engineer & MOD senior executive (GA&GC)
	Rosemary Sanders-Rose OBE - Nominee from Sovereign HA School governor and former local government councillor (GA&GC)
	Geoffrey Higham - Nominee from Vale HA Former Chairman of the Rugby Group, a Director of Pirelli and the Try Group and was Chairman of the Building Centre
	Richard Farrell - Nominee from Vale HA Retired director of an investment management company. Also a trustee of Defeating Deafness and chairman of a parish council GA&GC.
	Simon Lindley - Independent Financial services industry consultant
	Gill Sinkinson - Independent Gill is a chartered accountant and currently works as an audit and business services partner with Bentley Jennison, Gill heads up the firm’s national housing group and is part of its specialist funding team. She is also on the board of Women’s Pioneer Housing Association and a co-opted member of North Somerset Housing’s audit committee (GA&RC)
	Doug Carlisle - Independent Doug is the Managing Director of UME Consulting Ltd. Doug’s consultancy experience is complemented by over 20 years of experience working in the public sector including as an Executive Director of a large acute NHS Trust. He is a member of the Institute of Healthcare Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Medical Sciences
	Bill Champion - Independent Bill is a retired banker and financial regulator. He is also a trustee of Daybreak Oxford – a provider of specialist care. (Chair GTC)
	Karen Rex - Independent Karen is an HR and Training Consultant and has previously served as a member of the Guinness Hermitage Board and as the vice-chair of Hermitage Housing Association. Karen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute for Learning. (Chair GR&GC)
	Gerry Boyle - Nominee from Sovereign HA Gerry is a former Managing Director of Barratt Developments plc. He has a thorough knowledge of the construction industry, commercial property development and management.
	Ann Santry - Executive co-optee Chief Executive, Sovereign Housing Group

Sovereign Housing Association, Twynham Housing Association and The Vale Housing Association also have individual management boards which include resident representatives.
