Secured by design

'Secured by Design' (SBD) is an initiative developed by the Association of Chief Police Officers to encourage those who are involved with building new homes to adopt crime prevention measures.

The aim is to reduce the opportunity for crime and the fear of crime, creating safer, more secure and sustainable environments.

All of our new schemes are awarded the Secured by Design Developers Award, which involves early consultation with local crime prevention design advisors, and adherence to all the SBD guidelines.
