Barton Hill, Bristol

The scheme at Barton Hill is part of a £50 million New Deal for Communities regeneration programme, which was set up to help improve the environment and quality of life for residents by 2010. Our development scheme of affordable homes is part of a much wider programme of initiatives including new shops, open spaces, schools, healthcare and community facilities to encourage people to put down roots in the area and build a stable, vibrant community.

Devonport, Plymouth

Sovereign is the development partner within the neighbourhood regeneration consortium for Devonport Urban Village in Plymouth. The redevelopment of Devonport is a key strategic aim of Plymouth City Council. The overall project will last between 10-15 years and involve the provision of some 1,200 units of new or refurbished mixed-tenure housing.
