Hanham Hall is one of the country's most important zero carbon developments comprising of 185 homes.
This exciting new community is based in Hanham, South Gloucestershire, which is just five miles from Bristol city centre.
Our first residents moved in to their new eco-homes in the spring of 2013. See the difference it has made to their lives so far and what it’s like to live at Hanham Hall by taking a look at our short film.
Sovereign will have 61 affordable homes, 54 general needs rent (eight wheelchair accessible) and seven shared ownership homes at Hanham Hall, with completion expected in 2015.
The homes are built in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency (a government department), South Gloucestershire Council and Barratt homes. If you want to find out more about the new homes and what it might be like to live there, please read the Hanham Hall fact sheet [pdf /639KB].
